These terms apply to your use of Screaming Coach. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Screaming Coach is an offline tactical futsal game for entertainment. The first release includes Tutorial and Single Match. Features, balance, compatibility, and availability may change as the game develops.
Subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules, the publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass platform security, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
You are responsible for your device, operating-system updates, and backups. Team configuration is stored locally. Matches in progress are not restored after you force-quit the app or iOS terminates it. Uninstalling the app may remove locally stored data.
The current release does not provide game accounts, subscriptions, in-app purchases, multiplayer, or cloud saves. If any of these features are introduced, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before they apply.
The app, its code, visual design, text, name, and included artwork are owned by the publisher or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The publisher does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or preservation of an active match. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
The publisher may update, suspend, or discontinue the app and may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
